PET imaging

Our current research focus in PET imaging is on the investigation of novel tracers in FTD including measures of both the underlying pathology and their downstream effects. Ongoing projects include:

Novel tau tracers for primary tauopathies
Measures of microglial activation in FTD in both the symptomatic and presymptomatic period of genetic FTD
Measures of synaptic and mitochondrial dysfunction in genetic FTD
