Eva Larsen

Research Assistant

Eva is a Research Assistant funded by an FTD Research Studentship in memory of David Blechner. She holds an MA in Molecular & Cellular Biology and Neuroscience (UC Berkeley) and an MSc in Dementia Neuroscience (UCL). Since 2023, Eva has led the EDOF normative study and now drives its symptomatic branch in sporadic FTD and ALS cohorts. She also works on PET imaging projects at UCL and with external collaborators, overseeing partnerships with Cambridge’s ONFIRE Bloods Study, the Bluefield Project’s Quarterly Blood Sampling Study, UCL’s Brownstone Neural Circuits for Movement Group, and UCSF’s ALLFTD Team. Next, she will support the expansion of GENFI-ALS across several GENFI sites across the EU and Canada.
